Opera raves and rants

Opera Browser

I just downloaded the Opera browser because its now free. I still use Firefox as my default browser. Due to Opera does not support the "Compose" feature of Blogger. But for regular surfing. I use Opera. It is really one of the fastest browser i have used. One feature that interests me is the "trash can" *really don't what is it called*. This is handy when you accidentaly closed a window, you can retrieve it there.

Was it worth it?

I have been following Pinoy Big Brother since the series started. And one of the housemate was Jenny. A "Hot Mama" of the show. While in the house, she got news from her family that her stepdad has been hospitalized and was given 3-6 months to live. A painful decision was made by jenny to leave the house and forego the opportunity to win 1 million pesos, house & lot, and a new car.

As of a while ago, his dad passed away. Much earlier than the doctors predicted. Jenny was only able to spend a few days with her father just before he died.

My Sun Network

I am currently having a bittersweet relationship with my Sun Cellular Sim card. Lagi walang signal. I blame the Smart Co. for discontinuing their Unlimited Text Promo. wahehehehe...

I rate the service of Sun as 6/10. The big question is why do I still use my SUN sim? Its maybe because it has some sentimental value for me. It was a gift from my GF on my last birthday.

Identity Crisis

first of all, im not gay! wahahahaah!!!

how do you spell C-H-E-S-T-E-R-? im have plagued by this mistaken identity, alot of times when i am asked what is my name. People tend to mishear or misspell my name. As far as i know, i dont have any speech defect. Even close relatives call me JESTER or even DEXTER.

thats only my name, wait till you here my surname! its getting irritating already. Imagine that you have been called by your professor during roll call with different combinations of wrong surnames every meeting for one semester.

Signs of a Bad Math Exam

The battering exams are coming up... and i here i go again.... bombarded of tons of xerox reviewers - payment for not taking notes during class... I wish the olden days where i had minor subjects! but now, tons of eng test are lined up enough for me to go insane.

Having phobia with these tests, i have come up with some list that i am having a bad math exam...

* My calculator comes to a process of "auto off". telling me that i have been idle.
* The 3 hour math test seems to be forever. Unlike when you know how to solve the problem, 5 hrs is not enough
* My Scratch Paper is cleaner than my Questionnaire
* I tend to be more observant, i notice any thing new with my surroundings.
* Being sleepy during test
* Daydreaming during the exam
* Pondering why i had chosen by course
* Assessing my prof's character (is he considerate?)
* Blaming the night before
* Clueless with the corrections being made by the proctor (i dont understand the prob)
* Urge to draw or write anything
* Asking myself "Where are my friends?"
* Planning to have a better seat at the next test
* Thinking of what to do after the test and unwind

these are just part of the list... the list goes on and on and on...
